We are traditionally untraditional.
In California, we are fortunate in being one big melting pot of such a large variety of so many different cultures, and so open to trying and liking different cuisines from all around the world.
At Namaste, we are committed to serving a wide spread of fresh, healthy, 100% vegetarian, Indian cuisine that is somewhat familiar yet very unique. Our entrees are not restrictive of the "tikka masala, and saag paneer". We want to introduce and expand the palette of healthy, tasty, Indian cuisine and give our customers an exotically special and enjoyable experience, the different bursts of flavors that are the highlights of India.
At Namaste we have different lunch entrees every day and on most days we don't know what we would be able to serve our customers the next day. Everything is fresh and is prepared in different styles from all the different regions India.
We proudly make our unique to go items, tasty snacks like our fresh salt and pepper plantain chips, pickles, fresh ghee, herb lemonades, our very popular saffron yogurt, and much more with a lot of love. The snacks that we hand-make from scratch here are a great substitute for the usual chips, the trail mixes, peanuts..... they are great for anytime snacking and make for great munchies with your drink of choice.
